Terms and Conditions:

A weather make-up date is assigned to each program in case WE have to cancel a class due to weather. If you can not make the make-up date, no refund/gift card will be given.

A canceled class will be communicated via email only.

The weather policy states classes will be canceled if the predicted wind chill temperature at the time of the lesson is unsafe for guests and employees to be outside. This decision is made by The Rock Snowpark and Snow School department.

Because Wisconsin weather is highly unpredictable and out of our control, if we have to cancel 2 or more days due to weather you will be provided with a prorated gift card. Make-up classes or “rain dates” will not be provided.

*MISSED CLASS & WEATHER POLICY FOR MULTI-WEEK PROGRAMS:

By signing up for this class, you are committing to the dates listed and agreeing to the weather policy. Refunds, make-up classes, or “rain dates” will not be provided if you have to miss a class for any reason. All classes are non-refundable. If you decide you can’t attend a full multi-week program for any reason you MUST contact us at least ONE-WEEK prior to the start of the first class, in this case, you will be issued a gift card for 50% of the total program cost.
