How to sign up for a lesson
- Select the date on the calendar below which you would like to take a lesson
- If you are signing up for a multi-week program, select the first date the program starts
- Scroll to find the lesson type you are looking to sign up for and read the description
- Click the orange sign up button for the time desired
Waivers Requied
- You will need to fill out the Snow School Waiver for taking a ski or board lesson
- You will need to fill out a Ski or Snowboard Rental Waiver if you require rental equipment for your lesson
Special Notes
- Lessons are unable to be rescheduled and are non-refundable.
- Any child the age of 6 years old or younger require a private lesson on their own, unless part of our multi-group programs or our Mini Pebble Experience.
- All of our lessons include lift ticket and rental equiptment as part of a package. If no rental equiptment is needed there will be an option for this when registering.
- All lessons require a lift ticket. This is the pass to utilize the hill.

PRIVATE/SEMI-PRIVATE LESSONS Weather/Cancellation/Refund/Transfer Policy.
The weather policy states lessons will be cancelled if the predicted wind chill temperature at the time of the lesson is unsafe for guests and employees to be outside. This decision is made by The Rock Snowpark and Snow School department. If we are open then your lesson will run as scheduled. A cancelled lesson will be communicated by email only.
We will issue a credit in the form of a gift card for private lesson reservations only if the reservation is cancelled 72 hours before the scheduled start time. No credits or refunds for No-Shows. Showing up after the start of the lesson time is considered a No-Show. Please make sure all participants can attend the lesson when making lesson reservations.
We are unable to accommodate lesson reschedules. Please see our cancellation policy above.
If the Rock Snowpark is open as listed on our homepage on our website, rocksnowpark.com, lessons will run as scheduled.
MISSED CLASS & WEATHER POLICY FOR MULTI-WEEK PROGRAMS:
By signing up for a multi-week program, you are committing to the dates listed and agreeing to the weather policy. Refunds, make-up classes or rain dates will not be provided if YOU have to miss a class for any reason. All classes are non-refundable. If you decide you can't attend a full multi-week program for any reason you MUST contact us at least TWO WEEKS prior to the start of the first class. In this case, you will be issued a gift card for 50% of the total program cost.
A weather make-up date is assigned to each program in case WE have to cancel a class due to weather. These dates will be provided via email communication if a class needs to be made-up. If you cannot attend the make-up date, no refund/gift card will be given.
If we are open then your lesson will run as scheduled.
